[Drake] L-75 output update

    OK, this is exactly what I needed.  From what I am hearing, putting 
the drive down around 60 watts where it belongs, I seem to be getting 
what I should except for the drop off up on 20 which may be a little 
premature.  I would think it would start dropping off on 15 and above 
but not 20.  Never the less here are a the results of a little 
experiment I just ran:

Frequency:  3800
Watt meter (s):  Bird 43 with 250 watt (for exciter) and 1000 watt (for 
L-75) slugs. 
                         Drake WH-7 (Tracked remarkably close to the Bird)

Drive        Grid current       Power Out     Plate Voltage
120W            160ma            1000+W           2500V
60W               90ma              700W              2600V

 From this, it looks like I am right in the ball park.  I should also 
note that I did retune for each power level to make sure everything was 
in resonance. 
    Kind of a fun project for a lazy Sunday afternoon.  Thanks for all
