[Drake] Birdie in TR-7

Checked mine and have a birdie on 14.340, but is weak and just audible
with no meter movement. Shielding in the rig contributes to this problem.
Loose or corroded screws on covers, etc. I'd get into the rig and push
on covers to see if that helps.
