[Drake] Tr3 help

Hi all about 1 year ago I bought a tr3. It came with an HP23 heathkit =
p/s.  The P/S needed new caps and for the interest of building a drake =
statoin I bought a AC4 ps justreecntly.  I hooked up the a/c 4 and all =
the lights came on I did the Bias adjustment. All seemed ok.  I am =
getting no power out. I tried the old hp23 that was giving me power out =
and I have no power out there.  Any suggestiions.  I really want to get =
this radio on the air. =20
