[Drake] TR-7 band change problem

I have had the sudden development of a band change problem.  Now when =
ever I turn the band change switch to a new setting, the band will not =
change unless I turn the AUX PROGRAM switch from normal to some other =
setting and back to normal.  This causes the TR-7 to respond to the band =
change setting.

Anyone recognize this problem?  Any thoughts?  I have a complete set of =
backup boards available.  But I don't want to muck around with board =
swaps unless I have a good idea of the cause.
