[Drake] T-4XB Transmitter problem

Regarding no output with plate current looking normal. Yes, almost
certainly the TR relay. Just worked on mine for exactly the same reason.
As to no TX with RX VFO. Several possibilities. First is the cable.
Does the RX work with the TX VFO? If not, suspect the cable.
Also likely, as you note, the VFO selection switch.
Since you have noted some other problems with the receiver, possible
alignment problems, though the fact it was working until recently
suggests switch or cable.
