I did this once to a L-4B using time delay relays.  However, it is not
neccessary as 3-500Zs are almost instant warming.  Just wait a couple of
seconds befor rocking the red switch after you rock the black switch.  To do
this is a waste of time.  I ripped it all out when I sold the amp to make it
stock again.  It's easy to install but accomplishes nothing.

Is anyone aware of any articles or mods that will allow the 3-500Z filaments
to reach operating temperature before the tube is hit with B+ ,  ie a
delayed B+ arrangement.
