I don't have an extra one, but just FYI the meters are ALL the same 
basic movement in the 4 Line, including the receiver S-Meters.  The T-4X 
had a 400 mA scale which was changed to a 500 mA scale in the B and C.  
All are 3 mA full scale movements and ~450 ohm internal resistance.

Unfortunately the plastic front is glued on, but I have had good luck 
working a thin blade around the cover and popping them off.  Once off, 
the scale is held on with two screws and is easily changed.
