[Drake] got drake TR-4310 back on

    A few days ago, I posted my problem with no transmit on both LSB and =
USB with my drake TR-4310. The problem ended up being an open rf choke =
in the +10 volt tx control line in the noise blanker board. I was to =
repair the choke and it works fb now.=20
