[Drake] T4XB and 30 meter crystals

I am getting an R4B to go with my T4XB and was about to  order some extra
crystals for the bottom 500 khz of 10 meters and for 17 and 30 meters. A
recent thread on the 30 meter crystals has me a little confused. In my T4XB
manual it says the 21.1 will NOT work on 10.0 to
10.200 and seems to indicate I must get the 20.8 mhz crystal and the bottom
of my dial is 9.7 mhz. Is this right or wrong? I really don't want to get 2
custom made crystals the wrong frequency. Thanks!
