[Drake] Early TR-6

I have a Early TR-6 I need a manual copy for. The early versions which are
serial# 100 or less do not have a T-17 and will have different alignment
instructions. The  All of the manuals I have downloaded and all of the
vendors I have checked with on have the later versions only. I will gladly
pay copy costs etc. for a manual.
