[Drake] R4C S-Meter

They look identical, but have different Drake part numbers. 
  So quite possibly different sensitivities.

R-4A/B - 3580210
R-4C   -  3580130

The scales are identical, so it might be possible to either 
shunt one or change bridge resistors to compensate.  Perhaps 
someone has measured one or both.

Let us know what you find out.
