[Drake] EV 664 w/drake equipment comments

Thanks to all for your input on this old mic.  I'll give this puppy a
try.  First to find a connector (can get one from Newark for 10.58 +
post, but will look further first).  Then to get wired up.  I think I
can figure it out, but if anyone has a data sheet they can email, I
would much appreciate it.  I did try Bama, and downloaded one, but it is
nearly unreadable....looks like a scan of a fax.
