Supposedly the TV-3300-LP can take more power than the
TV-1000-LP.

The TV-1000-LP has a real "battleship" of a steel
housing.  I believe that the 3300 has an aluminum
housing.  However, it has been a while since I have
seen a 3300.  Have several 1000 versions that I have
installed on various pieces of equipment.
