[Drake] AC4 EC replacements...& Upgraded PS?

Hi all:

Electrolytics
I'm ready to replace the electrolytics in my AC4.

Whose?...and How-to-best-do-it?.....your generous comments welcome.

Anyone read the Oct. QST article on " Upgrading the Heathkit HP-23 Power 
Supply"?
He provides a circuit using contemporary components.

The author - WB8VGE - states on QST page 61: 
' But perusal of the Drake schematic reveals that the AC4 is a dead ringer 
for the HP-23 circuit.  The only difference is the power transformer with its 
lower output voltage. So, if you have a Drake AC-4 supply needing new capacitors 
and/or diodes, the HP-23R ( sic. his circuit upgrade ) PC board will work 
here, as well.'

PS..replaced D1 thru D7...got my voltages back...but still have that HUM in 
my R4B rcvr audio when I use the T4XB xmtr VFO .
