This works well, but have you tried finding slotted pan head machine 
screws lately?  Not easy.......  :-)  Everything is Phillips head now, 
safer, you know.......  The screwdriver won't slip out, and so won't 
bury itself in your hand, and so we don't have to call OSHA and file 
an "incident report", and ...     But they just don't look right.
