[Drake] SELL: Drake L4B/8877 2KW Retrofit

Offering for sale two (2)  10-80m   Drake L4B/8877  retrofit amplifiers
with small footprint, metered,  custom, Hipersil, fan cooled, and 
metered step start power supplies. Both amps include  near new, low hours
 Eimac 3CX1500A7's and producing  2200W output with 100w of drive. The RF
decks appear stock Drake; however, circuit changes include hvy duty 12VDC
antenna relays fully compatible with any solid state exciter, porcelain
HV plate chokes, and  high speed/volume cooling fans. The deck has been
rewired so that 115VAC is isolated in that enclosure and the 220VAC
primaries, delay circuitry, contactors, etc.,  remain in the outboard
supply. HV connectors are matched Millens.  Prefer pickup on the #1 amp
since the transformer cannot be removed conveniently. Amp # 2 can be
easily disassembled and shipped in three cartons.  $1300 + FedEx shipping
