SRF parts are Motorola transistors with custom numbering. Sometimes the
custom number relates to some non-standard testing, perhaps extra gain or
better linearity, but sometimes it's done simply to stop people being able
to buy the generic devices as replacements, so the set manufacturer has a
monopoly on spares at inflated prices. Look up the Motorola application
notes for the design that's closest to your set and I'd be very surprised if
the standard transistors didn't work ok.
