[Drake] TR-4C Relative Output

Am servicing a friends TR-4C and the relative output function (push-pull =
w. LOAD capacitor) does not indicate RF output although a Bird says "all =
is fine". There are 3 diodes on the relay  board that are part of this =
circuit and are virtually impossible to get to unless the board is =
removed.  Everything else seems OK.  Any ideas before I remove the board =
to check the diodes?
