[Drake] TR4-CW xmitter tuning

I am getting ready to fire up a TR4-CW I recently acquired.  While the
manual seems to be straightforward, I thought I'd ask about any
unwritten tips, techniques, tricks or cautions that I should be aware of
when tuning the xmitter.
