You COULD easily roll you own David. Just clip most of the ground... uh... 
whatever it should be called... 'arm'(?) then wire your cable, and use some 
epoxy. Either putty, or use some small flat container (like the plastic 
bottom of a box-of-5 3AG fuses) and epoxy-cast the cable/plug back into it. 
Probably have to use something to hold that in place for the 5-min epoxy to 
cure. If you can find it, use epoxy gel-won't run that way. Shouldn't be 
too difficult to do. Then paint to suit.
