[Drake] Loose tube caps tops

Folks,
Any idea what was used to glue the metal caps to the tops of tubes?  Got 
some finals with loose caps.  They seem to run ok with a cobbled up 
connection I made.  I would like to glue and solder the caps back on so 
that I don't forget and break the wiring at a future date and turn the tubes 
into junk. 

It is amazing what you will find at Hamvention, good tubes with loose 
caps, at the right price.   :-)
