[Drake] AC-4 Recapping

Awhile back I saw on this or one of the other reflectors some remarks on how
to best physically place and configure replacement electrolytics on the
AC-4. I seem to recall someone using PC board material to mount the
replacements, but I recall no details at all. I think the original caps were
completely removed and there was no effort to replace the innards of the
originals.

Anyway, any one have any suggestions or experience here?
