The original Drake relay was a Potter & Brumfield (now TYCO)
R10-E1-Y4-V2.5K.

It is available from Mouser.  Their part number is the same, with a
"655" in front of it.

$14.63 currently, with three (3) showing in stock.  It is also
available from other suppliers at similar prices.  It is a current
catalog item with TYCO.

That being said, they are very reliable, hardly ever failing unless
someone has been "adjusting" them!
