[Drake] MN-2000 Tuner

I am looking for a bandswitch knob for a MN-2000. I would prefer the
original knob versus a substitute (I already have the substitute).

I am specifically after the slim, rectangular knob used on the tuner with
the
silver border around the edge.  Here is a picture (the one on the left) from

showing the knob I am looking for.
