Pretty sure - My R-4B works fb on 15 & 20, but not with the crystals from the 
T-4XC.

I guess I'll try sweeping them with a signal generator and see if I can 
"unstick" them.
Apparently they're dead and can't be broken any worse.

Any other ideas?? - I'll hold off on sweeping them till tonight.
