[Drake] T-4XC - Nothing on 10 or 15

Hello all,

I've got an abused T-4XC. Its now working pretty well on 20 thru 160.
On both 10 and 15 meters there is nothing.
Rcvr is an R-4B. I can't even get the calibration sig from the transmitter 
VFO on the high bands. The bandswitch seems to be doing its thing OK.
Any recomendations as to where to start troubleshooting this?
Other than the bandswitch I don't see anything common to the two bands.
