Grid Resistors?
If your referring to the L-4B or L-7 amps, they didn't have grid resistors.
Instead, they used an RF choke from each grid to ground.
If you are looking to provide needed glitch protection to one of these amps,
just replace these two RF Chokes with 27 Ohm to 33 Ohm, 1/2W, carbon-film
type resistors.

Remember - to protect the approximately 30 Ohm grid fuse-resistors from
possible excessive dissipation, the total grid-to-ground bypass capacitance
per tube should be increased from the stock 3 x 200pF = 600pF to roughly
1800pF per socket. This can be accomplished by paralleling additional disc
ceramic or mica capacitors with the existing 200pF grid bypass capacitors.
