[Drake] T4X sticking relay

I have notes at home from Bill Frost re: using the "standard" 2.5k relay to
replace the 15k version.  Apparently Drake had problems with the 15k relays
because of the small physical wire size.

I will be home tomorrow night and will get you the information.  There is
also a variation from the 6EV7, and since that tube's filament is part of a
parallel/series string in the T-4(any) it requires a resistor to change.  I
have that informtion also, just not with me!
