[Drake] need help with b-line

Usually when loud hum shows up, your receiver high voltage power supply =
capacitors have dried out or failed, allowing rectified AC to couple =
onto your audio amplifier output. I have a Collins 75A1 doing that =
right now. Suggest you open the receiver and check the high voltage =
capacitors. After 6 years of Boat Anchoring, I've come to the =
conclusion that for a older tube radio like Collins, Drake, Halli, =
etc..., there is no such thing as a good electrolytic capacitor. They =
are either bad or going bad and you don't know about it :^) My personal =
opinion. =20
