[Drake] Interesting Problem

Andy,
I had he same problem with my c line two years ago. Seems the T-4XC
6EJ7 premixer developed a bad socket connection. Finally found it and
sprayed it with cleaner. Not completely cured as once in a while I have
to wiggle it to get it to full output. If that is not it I'll bet it is
in that circuitry.
