[Drake] Drake C-Line: Frequency changes while turning the tuning knob but the dial doesn't move

Bought a used Drake Line but found one problem:
While turning the tuning knob the frequency changes but the dial does not=
 move=20
accordingly. Is there anybody who knows what to do?
