Hi Pickett, hey there Al,

I just happened to bring a T-4XB to work with me today, so I popped the cover
and there are 47 ohm resistors in there, 2 Watt. Hope that helps.

    I gather you mean the T-4Xx?
    i've got a TR-3 open right now, it's got 47 ohms in there.  I note that
it's manual doesn't tell, nor does  the T-4XC's.
    I've never seen one of these fried, but do hear of them, like yours,
occasionally.  Maybe I'm just lucky?  or don't leave the plate current high
when it's obviously way off due to non-neutralized, or some such.
