[Drake] RV3 with TR-4?

Hi John,
Yes, plug it right up.  It's the TR-3 that has a jumper on the jack that
needs to be there if not using the RV-3, removed , if using.  I'm quite sure
I've used the RV-3 & TR-4 w/o any changes to either, haven't ckd the manual,
but 90+% sure.  I've got a TR-3/RV-3 right in final ckout now.
