[Drake] Help wanted schematic of 1544 interface

I also have a TR-4310 and the RV-75 responds the same on it.  I do not have 
the manual for the TR-4310 so troubleshooting the problem is not possible.  The 
RV-7 will not work at all on mine.  I am currently using a SPR-4 as a 
separate receiver for cross band operation.  I look at this topic with great 
interest, please keep it public.
