Try http://www.wb4hfn.com/DrakeManuals.htm for a better scan of the T-4XB
manual.  The crystal info is also there in another section devoted to
"service letters".

Crystals for any of the T-4 series transmitters (and receivers) is the
desired frequency at the bottom "0" of the dial minus 11.1.   The only
exception I am aware of is for 30M where the crystal is chosen for 10.1 MHz
at the bottom of the dial, or a crystal frequency of 21.2 MHz, instead of
the more normal 10.0.   This choice is due to some spurious issues because
of the 5 MHz PTO.
