[Drake] DX Engineering Speech Processor

I have a nice (8+ to 9) DX Engineering Speech Processor for the T4X series 
transmitters.  The unit works (just removed it from my spare station) and is the 
best SP I've found for the 4 line transmitters.  Looking for $125 shipped in 
the CONUS.
