[Drake] Matching 6JB6's with a Tube Tester

Arrrggg....I remember now.....I use the same tube socket to do the
matching for each tube so the value of the cathode resistor does not
matter as long as the resistor itself is within it's tolerance.

Great point! Would be nice to have a test jig with precision cathode
resistors (ohm'd out to check them of course !)
