[Drake] TR4C 80m hum

Hello all,

I have a TR-4C that seems to be operating very well on 40-20-15 and 10 in 
all modes.  However, on 80m, the receive works fine but transmit has a 
very pronounced line-frequency hum in all modes (CW, AM, LSB, USB).  The 
unit tunes up normally on 80 on proper frequency.  Its AC/3 power supply 
was fully re-capped but the radio is original with no mods or recaps 
(yet).  Any hints on where to look are appreciated.
