Paul,

Ten meters is easily added to the L7 while mods for 160 meters on the L4B 
would seem to be extensive. I like the cooling system in the L4B better but 
syspect is may make only a slight difference overall.

Also, the L7 is a known performer on the WARC bands -- but I will also note 
that I have no experience with the L4B on those bands.

I prefer the L7.
