Personally, I'd keep the one in the best condition... with the following 
considerations: 1) front panel must be great; 2) unit with the newest tubes.

ELSE: all things being ~equal, I'd prefer to have 160M over 10M. You're 
much more likely to NEED an amp on 160M than 10M.
