[Drake] Looking for 4-Line Spinner Tuning knobs/Crystals/preselector overlay

Needed for 4 - line receivers:

SWBC band crystals, could use about anything at the moment but primary need 
is 6-6.5; 9.5 to 10; 11.5 to 12; 13.5 to 14; 15.0 to 15.5 or 17.5 to 18

Also WARC 10 to 10.5 and 18 to 18.5 and 10 Meter 28.0-28.5

Also need a couple spinner knobs from R4C series, SPR-4 or the larger knobs 
like from a MSR series receivers, I think someone (Sherwood) used to sell these 
for upgraded R4s.

Finally need the general coverage preselector overlay that shows the 
preselector calibrated in MHX - originals would be great but even a copy or a 
reference to a picture of one somewhere I can scan would be great.  Happy to scan a 
T4X version for anyone that wants to swap art work.
