[Drake] fuse lamp in TR-4

Hi Chris,
    Go to Radio Shack, buy their 12v "micro-lamp" pt. nr 272-1092 in a pkg
of 2.  Wire leads, you'll have to bend th leads back on themselves twice,
tightly, and insert them into the socket, perhaps using small needle nose
pliers or hemostats.  Works fine, you get 2 for abt $1.50.
