And the other two are the 28th week of 1985 and the
other tube the 15th week of 1989.  

Some manufacturers put the week as the first two
digits and the year as the last two digits.  Other
manufacturers put the year as the first two and the
week as the last two.

Then other manufacturers use combinations of numbers,
letters, or both!
