I bought two sets of the R4B modules, several months apart.

The first set worked after they were installed (Before I installed them,
I did find that the green and red wires on one module were switched;
something that I corrected before installation).


The second set, on another R4B was dead in the water after installation.
   The product detector was missing the ground lug, which I added.  I
haven't gotten around to returning it to the original configuration yet
(It's been over a year).  I'm hoping that the power supply change works;
it certainly cuts down on the heat.

As they say, disappointing...
