[Drake] Drake Bulbs Rare????

I think rare comes about when someone can't find something and immediately 
considers it rare.  If you look at that infamous auction site, you will see 
tons of stuff marked RARE.  I constantly drop these listers a nice note when 
they claim something is rare that isn't.  Someone had an MN-2000 listed as 
rare the other day.
