[Drake] TR7 Pin Diode information wanted

Hi Steve,
        One of these days I'm going to get into my TR-7A to replace the
UM9401 PIN diodes, which appear to be bad.  RF Parts has them, but they hv a
$25 min. order.  Downeast Microwave has them at $4 ea, but to order 3 it
still comes to $25 anyway, with shipping, etc.
    If anyone has some for sale, or wants to go in together to save some
costs, or knows of an acceptable substitute, I'm interested.
