John - Probably the most reliable source, other than running across one on the
reflector or eB## is the following....I ordered two of them:

The Switchcraft jack is .210" and the plug is .206'".  You can order them
(online) at www.mouser.com.  The part number for the jack is 502-S-12B,
priced at $3.08, and the right angle plug is part number 502-S230, priced at
$8.30.  You may also call your order in (800) 346-6873.
