[Drake] TR-4 T9 transformer

Need a T9 rf transformer to fix a TR-4. This is the receiver input/driver 
output rf transformer for 80/20 bands.

Will take a parts radio as removing T9 is a bit of work.

Dig in the back of the closet/garage/storeroom.
