[Drake] R4245 knobs

I'm in the process of purchasing a Drake R7. Does anyone know of a source of
the knobs that were on the R4245?

I had an R7 that I unfortunately sold back in 1994 and I had most of the
knobs replaced with the R4245 knobs. They are larger, and much easier to use.

Also, if the fellow who purchased my R7 is on the list, I'd almost consider
buying that one back! It had the 6, 4, 3, 2.3 and 1.8 filters in it.

I really liked the R7, especially the nice passband tuning, and the IF notch.
