[Drake] R-4C tubes source

Charles,

I keep a stock of spares for my Drakes.  The best prices I've found for
tubes were at www.electron-tubes.com  I've never received a bad tube from
them, their prices are good as is their delivery.

For Matched finals I've gotten mine from www.rfparts.com Again, reasonable
prices, good tubes, and fast delivery.
